ABOUT US

Center for Affirmation of Sports and Youth (CAMS) is a leading NGO committed to enhancing the status of athletes and sports organizations in Montenegro.

In partnership with the Montenegrin Olympic Committee, we have hosted pivotal conferences like ‘Financing in Sports’ and ‘Women in Sports’, which addressed some of the key challenges and opportunities in sports.

Through the ‘CoachingPLUS’ project, co-funded by the European Union, in collaboration with partners from Spain and Italy, we are innovating coaching methodologies that emphasize pedagogy, inclusion, and mentoring.

Our efforts also extend to policy-making, where we contribute to the development of Montenegro's ‘Sports Law’ and ‘Sports Strategy’ with the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

Our Activities

To accomplish its strategic goals, in partnership with renowned organization on the national and international level, Center for Affirmation of Sports and Youth realizes numerous activities, such as:

International Conferences

Financing in Sports” and “Women in Sports” - landmark events that brought together experts to discuss the financial aspects of sports and to improve the position of women in the sports area.

EU projects

In collaboration with the Montenegrin Olympic Committee and renowned organizations from Spain and Italy, we are partners on the ‘CoachingPLUS’ project, co-funded by the European Union.
